The waves crash just below the beautiful Kaliva 172. Club Mykonos Langebaan is the ‘Greek Island‘ playground of Cape Town, being just over an hour’s drive away along the friendly West Coast Road. Kaliva 172 is the best three-bedroomed kaliva on the resort, boasting a sunny North orientation and three double bedrooms, one with its own balcony. There are two further balconies – a large patio overlooking the ocean, and another balcony out the back accessed from the kitchen, with a barbeque area. All facilities of the Club Mykonos resort are accessible, as the owner pays the ‘use services levy’. Restaurants, heated indoor pools, outdoor pool, putt-putt, tennis, jet-ski rentals, yacht trips and much more – all within 5 minutes walking distance.

This Kaliva is situated right on the ocean with the waves crashing literally underneath you, immediately next to a wonderful and safe beach, right next to the pool, offering great views, and a short stroll to a variety of great restaurants, bars and dining.

It’s unique seaside location and all the facilities make it a holiday paradise for families. The area is world-famous for wind and kite-surfing and other sailing related sports. Horse-riding available in the immediate area. Lots of great restaurants both inside the resort and also nearby in Langebaan Town. The West Coast Nature Reserve also offers a lot to see, with a flower paradise in Spring and lots of wildlife!
